I created this group with the intention of bringing women together in the West Coast Swing community—a space to share our dance journeys, support each other, and show up as our authentic selves. This is a place to connect with a dance sister for events around the world, ask questions about specific dance experiences, share both the highs and the struggles, and celebrate our wins—big or small. This program inspired my own training in the dance and also a journey of training for body and soul has started for me. Ardena gives her heart and soul to the program and she spreads love and happiness which made me feel more inspired to do my best and try new things. Absolutely the best decision I’ve ever made to join this program. The meetups has also let me meet new people witch is really nice when you’re social dancing and suddenly recognize a lot of new familiar faces.
Sweden
I can really recommend to join Swing Sisters. Ardena gives a good combination between west coast drills, yoga and poses that gives you better balance and strength. What I liked about the West coast drills is that they give me opportunity to improve my dancing even though I don't have a partner to practise with, no I can practise alone. She builds up the advance in the west coast drill in a good way, so it helps me to understand the dance and how to dance with my whole body and to implement more styling. It's really worth it!

As a fairly new dancer with no dance background this program have been amazing! Ardena is a superwoman. Her ability to teach, break down and explain has helped me to take my dance to new levels. The solo drills in combination with yoga and strength exercises has helped me to understand my movements, improve my balance and strength and made me more comfortable and confident in my own body. I started the program by loosing almost 5 kg, and see so much improvement. Dance wise the WCS drills has helped me to better understand myself in the dance. Develop my technique and over all given me so many aha moments. I can truly recommend the program.

The best thing with the program is that all different trainings (fitness, yoga, breathwork, video feedback and drills) are all focused to develop your wcs dancing. Ardena's videos are very pedagogical and easy to follow and they have a great step by step progression. Ardenas way of working with a small group of followers in a warm climate and her passion for the dance and teaching made learning so much easier and more fun. This program has given me tools and drills to keep training by myself even after the program is completed.

You kept my swing sisters and be busy with yoga, breathing, training and wcs steps and drills. She inspired me during the 12 weeks and put a lot of effort and love to this project and program

I really appreciated how well-rounded the program is (WCS drills, fitness / workouts, yoga, breathwork). The video feedback is so detailed and done with love and care. During the privates, one really gets to appreciate how experienced Ardena is: she knows how to connect the various topics she knows about so well (going back to the well-rounded aspect!). And in general, her personality and energy are lovely to be around.
